I have purchased from this company multiple times but unfortunately because the machines keep breaking. Jennifer is amazing my customer service representative but unfortunately my honest experience is their laser machines (I have 3 of them) get less strong each year. I have even purchased a new handle to keep the machines in good order but now again 1 year later on the other machine it’s not providing good client results anymore. If you do purchase prepare for the machine to start breaking down after 1 year and needing new parts. Sadly I cannot recommend this company because the machines don’t last very long.

Rain is the most helpful sales girl. I am very satisfied with her work. I recommend this company to everyone. They are all very help full. Any problems I have they try there best to help.
